Job Summary:
CharlotteLUX Executive Car Service is seeking experienced and professional Chauffeur Drivers to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Chauffeur Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients, and maintaining the cleanliness and smooth operation of our vehicles. Treating clients with utmost respect and upholding our commitment to excellence are fundamental aspects of this role.

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate assigned luxury vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, limousines, and party buses, following all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable journey.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and discretion while interacting with clients, promoting a positive image of the company.
- Adhere to predetermined routes, schedules, and itineraries, ensuring punctuality for all pick-ups, drop-offs, and transfers.
- Monitor and respond promptly to client requests, address any concerns or issues during transportation, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct pre and post-trip vehicle inspections, documenting any damages, and report any mechanical issues to the appropriate department.
- Keep assigned vehicles clean, both inside and out, ensuring they are presentable and well-maintained at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant data as required.
- Stay up-to-date with local traffic conditions, road closures, and alternative routes to ensure efficient and timely transportation.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the chauffeur industry or a similar role.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws, rules, and regulations.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from various backgrounds and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the cleanliness and proper operation of vehicles.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and mobile technology for efficient route planning.
